How is the 27 destination certificate different from the 85 destination certificate?

The 27 destination certificate must be mailed in at least 45 days prior to travel. You select your travel city and provide two dates of travel at least 7 days apart. The agency will try to get your first choice for you. . On the 85 destinations certificate, you must mail your form in 40 days prior to travel. You provide one date of travel, but give three locations to choose from. The agency will try to get your first choice. How does this work?

You start by redeeming your certificate, which you can do through the mail, or online. Follow the directions on the certificate to redeem your certificate. Then, when your redemption is processed,  the Travel Agency  will send you your reservations form. You fill out this form with the dates you wish to travel and all other pertinent information. For the 27 destination certificates, Checkin days are 7 days a week for the 3 day/2 night stays. The 4 day/3 night stays on the 27 destination form require midweek travel- which is checkin on Sunday,Monday, or Tuesday. The check in days for the 85 destination certificates are 7 days a week. The agency will then find a participating hotel, and book you a room!

When Should I Redeem My Certificate?

You must redeem your certificate within 30 days. Even if you are not sure when and where you want to travel, you should redeem the certificate and obtain your reservation form. You can then send in your reservations form to the Travel Agency, noting on the form where you wish to travel. Then, if you are unsure of your desired travel dates, you can phone them in to the Agency at a later time!! But you MUST redeem your initial certificate within 30 days!!!

Can I Pick The Hotel? What Kind of Hotel Will I Be Staying In?

No, you do not get to choose the hotel. The Travel Agency, once receiving your reservation form, finds a hotel in the program that can accommodate the request. You do not get to choose. You'll be staying in a quality facility along the lines of a Holiday Inn, Best Western or Quality Inn. The hotels vary depending upon the location. In some cities (like Orlando and Las Vegas), you will often have the choice of staying in 2 or more different areas. Some hotels provide mini-suites complete with microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. The hotels are ALWAYS guaranteed by the Travel Agency to be 3 star and better.

How do I redeem my certificate? Can I use a credit card?

Yu can now either send in your certificate with your credit card information on it to our physical address.   You will be selecting your desired location or coupon book, filling in your ID Number on your certificate, and providing your credit card info for the $15 agency processing fee. You will then receive your reservations packet or coupon book (or both, depending on what you order!) in the mail within approximately 10 business days.

How Can the Travel Agency Get These Hotel Deals?

Hotels are rarely completely occupied except for major holidays. Rather than have empty space with no people using the restaurants and lounges, many hotels contract with travel agencies to fill the space at a huge discount. The travel agencies and hotels want repeat business. The hotel also wants people using the facilities, especially if they have a casino in the hotel.

Why Can't I Just Call a Toll-Free Number To Book My Room?

If you want to pay full price for hotel rooms, you can always call a regular travel agency. You can have long conversations and debate the merits of various hotels in different cities. In order for this travel agency to operate on its slim profit margin, the agency must control the amount of time used by employees on any single reservation. This saving is passed along to you as part of this offer. For this reason, you must follow the directions on the certificate to complete your redemption.

Can I bring a friend??

Yes! Yes, the certificate is good for 2 adults, age 25 and older on the 27 destinations certificate. The 85 destinations certificate is good for two adults ages 21 and older.

Can we use two certificates for the same city, or use them back to back?

No. You may only redeem one hotel certificate per family, per city, per year. That means that you can redeem for different cities in the same year, but you could not redeem 2 certificates for 2 trips to Las Vegas, for instance.

Can we go with another couple?

These certificates are not good for group travel. Two couple could each individually redeem certificates for the same city and dates, but there is no guarantee that they would end up staying in the same property. You may request it when you make your reservations with the Travel Agency, but it is not guaranteed.

Can I bring my kids?

Yes! On the 27 destinations certificate, most locations allow up to two children in the room free of charge, a few of the locations may charge a small fee. On the 85 destination certificates, children are $5 each.

Can I Reserve My Own Hotel Room and Call You To Pay For It?

No. The travel agency only works with selected hotels. They must make all reservations.

What Is My Total Cost To Use This Certificate?

As the certificate states, you will pay a $15 processing fee when you fax or mail in the certificate. You will receive a reservation form in the mail within approximately 2 weeks after we process your certificate. You will use this reservation form to make your room reservation requests. When you mail in this form, you will pay your room taxes which total no more than $25 for the whole trip. THAT'S IT. Of course, you would be paying room taxes for any hotel room you would normally use anyway.

Do I Have To Attend Any Sales Presentation To Receive This Offer?

While you may be offered a timeshare presentation in exchange for tickets or meals, you are not required to attend a timeshare presentation in order to receive your vacation stay.

What Happens After I Send In the $15 Redemption Fee?

You will receive a reservation form in the mail within 7 to 10 days after we process your certificate. You will use this reservation form to make your room reservation requests. When you mail in this form, you will pay your room taxes which total $25. Of course, you would be paying room taxes for any hotel room you would normally use.

Do We Have To Buy Transportation From the Travel Agency?

You are not required to purchase transportation from the travel agency. You can make any travel arrangements you would like. Please do not purchase non-refundable travel tickets until you have received written confirmation of your hotel reservations. If you purchase plane tickets in advance, you may have to make changes to accommodate your hotel reservations.

Are There Any Times When I Can't Reserve a Room?

Hotels are generally filled with paying customers during the week before and after a major holiday. Peak seasons for the location you are interested in may be difficult to get. Most of the hotels are also filled with paying customers on weekends, especially in Las Vegas and Orlando.You will need to provide the agency with two date choices of travel on the 26 destination certificates. On the 85 destination certificates, you will need to provide one date of travel and three choices of locations.

How Many Other People Use These Certificates?

The travel agency handles thousands of reservations each month. Many of those reservations are from repeat customers, which is how they make their money. They get the repeat customers because they deliver what they promise.

How Do I Redeem My Certificate?

You can redeem your certificate by completing the certificate information and sending it, along with your check or money order for $15, to the address provided on the certificate

You must redeem your certificate at least 60 days prior to your desired dates of travel on the 27 destination certificates. On the 85 destinations certificates, you need to redeem your certificate atleast 40 days prior to travel.

Do I have to stay in participating hotels or can I choose my own?
Which hotels are they? How much do they cost? Do I get a choice?
In most cases, you will have to stay at the participating hotel. However, if you would like to make arrangements to stay at other hotels, the travel agency will do its very best to help you out. NOTE: Only top quality hotels and condos such as Hyatt, Marriott, Marc, Clarion, Sheraton, etc. are used in this offer. Very few customers ever choose to stay elsewhere. When you make your reservation, the agency will tell you which hotels are available, and you can choose among them. The hotel rate, as always, depends on location, time of week/month/year, and other factors. The rooms range from (but are not limited to) $150 and up per room per night, and you may pay more for overseas travel. As always, there is no way to publish rates or hotels, since the hotels used are constantly changing, and rates change constantly thru the year, as they do in EVERY hotel. But remember, the point of this promotion is that you pay a NON-inflated hotel rate, and you get your airline tickets for FREE!!

How can you do this?
That's an easy one! The travel agency is able to take advantage of volume and incentive discounts for hotel and airfare. They then combine the discounts thus providing YOU with a complete travel package for nothing more than the cost of a hotel stay.

What other costs are involved?
Once you receive the certificate, there are no additional charges unless you choice to use it. To make reservations, you must send the reservation form to the travel agency. There is a $20 processing fee to redeem the certificate, at which point you will be sent your reservation form. This fee is a processing/postage fee that is sent to the clearing house, who then sends you your reservations form. A minimum stay at a participating hotel/resort is also required, as mentioned above. Other than this you are responsible for any incidental expenses such as food, beverages, entertainment, etc; as well as, taxes, transportation to and from airport, gratuities, etc. A deposit of $25 may be requested by the travel provider, who actually makes your reservation, and this will be applied to the amount you owe, and sends your tickets.

Do I have to stay a minimum number of nights?
Yes. The number of nights is determined by where you are traveling to. The average stay is 7 nights for mainland U.S. and Canada destinations. For Hawaii,Alaska,Mexico overseas travel, the average stay is 14 nights. Your travel provider will review all of the details and options with you once you register your certificate.

Am I paying an inflated hotel room rate?
NOT AT ALL!! The travel agency only uses top quality hotels. These rooms are Double Occupancy, and in most cases, the hotel rates are Less than the regular rates available to the public. Each couple will only have to pay for One room.

Will I have to listen to a sales pitch?
ABSOLUTELY NOT!! This is NOT a timeshare deal. There are NO presentations, sales pitches, or anything of the sort!

Do I have to fly out of a certain airport?
You will fly out of the major Continental US Airport in your area, or any other major US Airport of your choice.

Do I have to fly stand-by or take a red-eye?
NO! You will receive a normal airline ticket, unless of course you request a red-eye flight!

Is there any time I may not use this certificate?
While there are no scheduled blackout dates, holiday travel can be extremely difficult to arrange and may require a surcharge. Please note that major holidays should be booked months in advance to assure available space. This certificate can be used ANY TIME until Dec. 2005!

May I use my own travel agent?
The travel agency that issues this certificate must be used to book the flight and hotel reservations. You are free to make reservations for rental cars, tours, etc. on your own; however, the travel agencies qualified representatives will be more than happy to assist you. They will answer any questions you may have, as well as give you helpful travel hints and arrange extra night stays, tours, rental cars, or any other travel needs that you may have.

May I use these certificates as business promotions?
YES! These make Incredible business promotional tools. Many of our customers purchase large quantities of these certificates to give away to their clients and employees.

May I give away the certificate if I can not use it myself?
YES! These certificates are FULLY TRANSFERABLE prior to registering & make GREAT GIFTS!

How does this work?
The Cruise certificates are good for 7 night cruise for two people, for the price of one. The registrant will get to choose either the Carnival Paradise, Triumph, Fascination, Inspiration, Destiny, Sensation, Celebration, or Elation lines and itineraries. These certificates are distributed every day on eBay and various other places on the internet, and are EXTREMELY popular.

How can you do this?
That's an easy one! The travel agency has an agreement with Carnival Cruise Lines that allows them to run promotions like this one.

So what else is involved?
Once you receive the certificate, there are no additional charges unless you choice to use it. To make reservations, you must send the request for reservation form to the agency listed on the certificate. There is a $20 processing fee to redeem this certificate, at which point you will be sent your reservation form. The $20 is for the Website and Banner Exchange membership, and the "2 for 1 Carnival Cruise" is free with your $20 paid membership.

Why the Website and Banner Exchange membership?
Carnival Cruise lines does not allow distributors to "sell" reservations forms for Carnival Cruises over the internet. How does this work?

You start by redeeming your certificate, through the mail. Follow the directions on the certificate  to redeem your certificate. Then, when your redemption is processed, we will send you your reservations form. You are now ready to request your dates for your vacation. The reservation date request must be for no sooner than 60 days from the date received by the agency.

When Should I Redeem My Certificate?

You must redeem your certificate with the designated agent on the certificate within 30 days. Even if you are not sure when and where you want to travel, you should redeem the certificate and obtain your reservation form. You can then send in your reservations form to the Travel Agency, noting on the form where you wish to travel. Then, if you are unsure of your desired travel dates, you can phone them in to the Agency at a later time!! But you MUST redeem your initial certificate within 30 days!!!

Where do I fly from?  Which airline?

For the 3 Night fly and stay and the 7 Night fly and stay- We use Laker Airlines, a privately owned charter airline 727 that holds 250 passengers. You may fly from the following cities:

Which hotel do I stay in?

You stay at the Island Palm Resort in Freeport, Grand Bahama Island. This is a 3 star property with a large pool,nightclub, restaurants on property, activities desk, and a free shuttle to the gorgeous beaches. Upgrade hotels/condos on the beach are available.

What about the cruise?

You will sail on Discovery Cruise Lines from Ft Lauderdale, Fl to Grand Bahama Island. This is a six hour cruise with free breakfast and lunch buffets on the way to the island and free dinner buffet on the way back. This is a regular type cruise ship with casino, pool, and lots of activities and entertainment!!!



How do I redeem my certificate? Can I use a credit card?

We have recently begun accepting credit cards, so you can now either send in your certificate with your credit card information on it to the physical address listed on the certificate.  You will be selecting your desired location or coupon book, filling in your ID Number on your certificate, and providing your credit card info for the $15 agency processing fee. You will then receive your reservations your trip request form in the mail within approximately 10 business days.

How Can the Travel Agency Get These Hotel Deals?

Hotels are rarely completely occupied except for major holidays. Rather than have empty space with no people using the restaurants and lounges, many hotels contract with travel agencies to fill the space at a huge discount. The travel agencies and hotels want repeat business. The hotel also wants people using the facilities, especially if they have a casino in the hotel.

Why Can't I Just Call a Toll-Free Number To Book My Room?

If you want to pay full price for hotel rooms, you can always call a regular travel agency. You can have long conversations and debate the merits of various hotels in different cities. In order for this travel agency to operate on its slim profit margin, the agency must control the amount of time used by employees on any single reservation. This saving is passed along to you as part of this offer. For this reason, you must follow the directions on the certificate to complete your redemption.

Can I bring a friend??

Yes! Yes, the certificate is good for 2 adults, age 21 or older. Children are welcome at the same price.

Can we go with another couple?

These certificates are not good for group travel. Two couple could each individually redeem certificates for the same city and dates, but there is no guarantee that they would end up staying in the same property. You may request it when you make your reservations with the Travel Agency, but it is not guaranteed.

Can I Reserve My Own flight/cruise/hotel and Call You To Pay For It?

No. The travel agency only works with selected airlines, cruise lines and hotels. They must make all reservations.

What Is My Total Cost To Use This Certificate?

As the certificate states, you will pay a $15 processing fee when you fax or mail in the certificate. You will receive a reservation form in the mail within approximately 2 weeks after we process your certificate. You will use this reservation form to make your date reservation requests. Hotel taxes in the Bahamas of $15 per adult (ages 12 and up) per night are not included in this price. Do I Have To Attend Any Sales Presentation To Receive This Offer?

What Happens After I Send In the $15 Redemption Fee?

You will receive a reservation form in the mail within 7 to 10 days after we process your certificate. You will use this reservation form to make your room reservation requests. Hotel taxes are not included in the package prices. They are standard Bahamas hotel tax of $15 per adult (over 12) per night. These are paid to the hotel when you check in.

Do We Have To Buy Transportation From the Travel Agency?

You are not required to purchase transportation from the travel agency. You can make any travel arrangements you would like. Please do not purchase non-refundable travel tickets until you have received written confirmation of your hotel reservations. If you purchase plane tickets in advance, you may have to make changes to accommodate your hotel reservations.

Are There Any Times When I Can't Travel?

There are no blackout periods, however you must send in your date request no less than 60 days before you would like to travel. You will be asked for two travel date choices. For holidays, plan well in advance-more than 60 days, as these trips are based on space availability.

How Many Other People Use These Certificates?

The travel agency handles thousands of reservations each month. Many of those reservations are from repeat customers, which is how they make their money. They get the repeat customers because they deliver what they promise.
